Ice cream in a Baggie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup rock salt
- 3 cups ice
- 1 sandwich sized Ziploc bag
- 1 gallon sized Ziploc bag
- Add-ins(chocolate, chips, nuts,marshmallows,candy,etc.)
Instructions:
- measure and pour the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt into the sandwich baggie.Mix any add-ins at this time.
- Seal bag completely and set aside
- Fill the inside of the gallon bag with ice and rock salt
- place the ice cream baggie into the gallon ziploc
- remove as much air as you can and seal completely
- wrap bag in towel and shake vigourusly for 10 minutes
- carefully open bag, remove inside baggie, and enjoy your ice cream!
